Every result is checked against at least two sources before it goes on the report. You get the report by email and in your client portal.

Skip tracing is locating a person whose current address is unknown or wrong: someone who moved, is avoiding service, or owes on a judgment. We combine commercial locate databases, public records and, when it helps, a visit to the last known address.
A basic trace is $75 per subject and returns a current address and phone. An advanced trace is $150 and adds employer, relatives, associates and vehicles. When the databases return nothing new, you still receive a written summary of every source searched, which supports an affidavit of diligent search.
Most traces come back within one business day. Hard cases, such as people who left the state or use several names, can take two to three days. We tell you up front if a subject looks difficult.

Yes. Locate and serve is $175: the trace plus service at the new address with up to four attempts, GPS and photo logged, and the notarized affidavit. Most clients order it together.
Yes, for a lawful purpose. Locate data is regulated by the federal DPPA and GLBA, so we run traces for service of process, litigation, judgment enforcement, debt collection on a valid claim, landlord-tenant matters and similar purposes. We do not run traces for personal curiosity, and every order records the purpose.
The databases are national, so we can locate someone anywhere in the United States. If they need to be served outside Miami-Dade we hand the address to a trusted server in that county.
