Serving papers in Orlando
Downtown, the neighborhoods around the lakes, the apartment complexes along the main roads, and the hotel and office corridor around International Drive.
Orlando is in the center of Orange County, in Orange County and the 9th Judicial Circuit, so every job here goes to one of our process servers certified in the 9th Judicial Circuit. You order online or by phone at one flat price per level.
Towers and apartment complexes
Downtown residential towers have a front desk, and the large complexes across the city have a leasing office. Neither can accept papers for a resident; we use them only to reach the person. Florida Statutes section 48.031(7) requires a gated residential community, including a condominium association or a cooperative, to grant a process server unannounced entry to serve a resident.
Hotel and tourism workers
Many people work shifts at the hotels and theme parks and keep irregular hours at home. We try at different times of day, including early morning and evening, within the time your service level allows. Under Florida Statutes 48.031(1)(a), papers can be left at the person's usual place of abode with someone 15 or older who lives there, after telling them what the papers are.
Orange County cases are heard at the Orange County Courthouse in downtown Orlando. Tell us the court and case number with the papers and we write the affidavit for that court.
