Serving papers in Celebration
The town center apartments and shops on Market Street, the single-family villages around it, and the resorts and rental communities just outside along US 192.
Celebration is in western Osceola County, in Osceola County and the 9th Judicial Circuit, so every job here goes to one of our process servers certified in the 9th Judicial Circuit. You order online or by phone at one flat price per level.
A town that is not a city
Celebration is an unincorporated community, so it has no city government of its own; its addresses carry the Celebration name and ZIP code 34747. ZIP 34747 also reaches well beyond the town into resort and vacation-home areas near the county line, so an address with 34747 on it is not always in Celebration itself. We check the exact location of every address before the first trip.
Homes close together, rentals nearby
Houses here sit close to the street with front porches, and many residents walk to the town center, so people are often home in the evening. Outside the town, much of 34747 is vacation rentals, where we serve in person only. Under Florida Statutes 48.031(1)(a), papers can be left at the person's usual place of abode with someone 15 or older who lives there, after telling them what the papers are.
Osceola County cases are heard at the Osceola County Courthouse in downtown Kissimmee. Tell us the court and case number with the papers and we write the affidavit for that court.
