Serving papers in Central Florida
Our order area now reaches from the Kissimmee and Celebration area out about 40 miles, and covers all of Polk, Highlands and Hardee counties.
Five circuits, one order page
Florida process servers are certified by circuit, and this area crosses several: Orange and Osceola are the 9th Judicial Circuit, Polk, Highlands and Hardee the 10th, Lake the 5th, and Seminole the 18th. We route every job to the team member who covers that county, and we check the county of every address before the first attempt, because a mailing city can sit in a different county from the street address.
Vacation homes and resort areas
Around US 192, Celebration, ChampionsGate and Davenport, many houses are short-term vacation rentals. A rental guest is not someone who lives there, so substitute service is not available at those homes; we serve the person in person and tell you quickly if an address looks like a rental. Florida Statutes section 48.031(7) requires a gated residential community, including a condominium association or a cooperative, to grant a process server unannounced entry to serve a resident.
