The 5th Judicial Circuit covers five counties: Marion (Ocala), Lake (Tavares, Leesburg, Clermont), Sumter (Bushnell and The Villages), Citrus (Inverness) and Hernando (Brooksville).

A Florida certified process server is appointed for one judicial circuit, so a 5th Circuit address needs a server certified in the 5th Circuit. Every order we take in these five counties is assigned to our 5th Circuit certified process server.
