Serving papers in Kissimmee
Downtown and the lakefront, the neighborhoods off John Young Parkway and Osceola Parkway, the apartment complexes, and the hotels and vacation homes on US 192.
Kissimmee is in the heart of Osceola County, in Osceola County and the 9th Judicial Circuit, so every job here goes to one of our process servers certified in the 9th Judicial Circuit. You order online or by phone at one flat price per level.
US 192 and vacation homes
West of town, US 192 runs past hotels, timeshares and whole neighborhoods of vacation-rental houses. The person you need served may own a rental here and live elsewhere, or may be a guest. Under Florida Statutes 48.031(1)(a), papers can be left at the person's usual place of abode with someone 15 or older who lives there, after telling them what the papers are. A guest in a rental does not count as someone who lives there, so at those addresses we serve in person and tell you right away if the home looks like a rental.
Apartment complexes and gated communities
Much of Kissimmee lives in large apartment complexes and gated subdivisions. Send the building and unit number. Florida Statutes section 48.031(7) requires a gated residential community, including a condominium association or a cooperative, to grant a process server unannounced entry to serve a resident.
Osceola County cases are heard at the Osceola County Courthouse in downtown Kissimmee. Tell us the court and case number with the papers and we write the affidavit for that court.
