Serving papers in St. Cloud
The older grid of streets near the lakefront, the newer subdivisions along Narcoossee Road and US 192, and the rural properties east toward Holopaw.
St. Cloud is in eastern Osceola County, in Osceola County and the 9th Judicial Circuit, so every job here goes to one of our process servers certified in the 9th Judicial Circuit. You order online or by phone at one flat price per level.
New subdivisions
Many St. Cloud addresses are in subdivisions built in the last few years, and some streets are missing from older maps. We confirm the address exists and where it is before the first trip, so no attempt is spent on a wrong turn. Many of these communities have a gate or an association; florida Statutes section 48.031(7) requires a gated residential community, including a condominium association or a cooperative, to grant a process server unannounced entry to serve a resident.
Rural lots
East of the city, homes sit on large lots with a gate at the road and sometimes no visible house number. We use the call box or the front gate, never force or climb a gate, and log each attempt with what we saw.
Osceola County cases are heard at the Osceola County Courthouse in downtown Kissimmee. Tell us the court and case number with the papers and we write the affidavit for that court.
