Serving papers in Parkland

The planned and gated communities off University Drive, Holmberg Road and Loxahatchee Road, and the estate lots in the older parts of the city.

Parkland is in the northwest corner of Broward County, the 17th Judicial Circuit, so every job here goes to one of our process servers certified in that circuit.

The Palm Beach County line

Parkland's northern edge is the Palm Beach County line, and the communities just north of it are in Palm Beach County and the 15th Judicial Circuit, where our servers are not certified. Mailing addresses near the line can be misleading, so we check the county of every Parkland address before accepting the job.

Gate houses and long entrance roads

Most Parkland homes are inside gated communities with a staffed gate house. Florida Statutes section 48.031(7) requires a gated residential community, including a condominium association or a cooperative, to grant a process server unannounced entry to serve a resident. Send the community name with the address; it gets us to the right gate the first time.

The closest courthouse is the North Regional Courthouse, 1600 West Hillsboro Boulevard, Deerfield Beach. Circuit and county civil cases are filed at the Broward County Courthouse, 201 SE 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale. See our guide to service of process in Broward.

Parkland pricing

The same flat rates as Miami-Dade. Every order includes up to 4 attempts at different times of day within your level's time, with a Saturday attempt when that time includes a Saturday, and the notarized affidavit. Service days are Monday to Saturday, counted from when we have the paid order and the papers.
