How much does a courier website cost?

$950 one-time for the website and the whole system: booking and payment, live tracking, signature and photo proof, the client portal, the courier app and your office. No monthly fee to us.

What is the difference from the process server websites?

The process server websites ($500) are built around attempts, affidavits and returns of service. The courier website is built around runs, stops, live tracking, signatures at drop-off and proof of delivery, and it includes the tracking map, signatures, text alerts, distance pricing and team pay that are add-ons on the process server plan.

How long does it take to go live?

About a week from the day we receive your logo, colors, services, prices and service area. You review it before it goes live.

Do my clients need an app?

No. Clients use the website and the portal in any browser. Your couriers add the courier app to their phone home screen.

How do clients pay?

Online when they book, or through a pay link, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments go to your own Stripe account; we never hold your money.

What do text alerts cost?

Texts go out through your own Twilio number, so Twilio bills you directly at their rates. Email alerts are included.

Do you build courier sites outside Florida?

Yes. Any state. The map, booking and courier tools work the same everywhere, and the local pages are written for your area.
